Secondary Dwelling

This project involved a 60m2 Secondary Dwelling ("Granny Flat") to the side of an existing dwelling. The new work needed to be wheelchair accessible inside, and give access to a pleasant garden to the north. We also wanted to keep the roofline of the addition below existing windows.
