This project involved a 60m2 Secondary Dwelling ("Granny Flat") on the side of an existing dwelling. The new work needed to be fully wheelchair accessible. We also wanted to keep the new roofline below existing windows. This led to a low roofed addition that opens out to a great garden area to the north.
