Lower Blue Mountains Addition

Major addition

An addition to an existing brick veneer house that was "boxy" and didn't allow connection to a beautiful bushland gully to the north. The clients considered moving but loved the location. The new living/dining area gives a large open area that links the house to the bushland. The north glazing gives sun to the new room. The verandah overhang is designed for maximum sun control during the seasons.
